If you don't have Discord yet, download it from discord.com or use the web version. Sign up with your email and create an account.
Step 2: Create Your Server
- Open Discord and click the plus (+) icon on the left sidebar.
- Select Create My Own.
- Give your server a catchy name (e.g., "My Streaming Hub").
- Upload a server icon if you want.
- Click Create.
Step 3: Set Up Streaming Channels
It's a good idea to organize your server with specific channels for streaming:

- Make sure Video and Screen Share options are enabled for this channel.
- You can also create text channels like "Announcements" or "Chat During Stream".
Step 4: Adjust Permissions
Click on your server name at the top, then go to Server Settings > Roles. Create roles like Streamer or Moderator to control who can do what.
Step 5: Go Live!
- Join your streaming voice channel.
- Click the Screen or Video button at the bottom of Discord.
- Select the screen, window, or application you want to share.
- Hit Go Live and start streaming to your community!
Bonus Tips
- Use Discord's Streamer Mode to hide personal info while live.
- Integrate with platforms like Twitch or YouTube in the Connections settings.
- Invite friends or fans to your server with invite links.
Enjoy streaming and building your community!
